The optimal management of your knee pain depends on its cause. After a thorough evaluation, Dr. Phillips will create a custom treatment plan that incorporates your goals and lifestyle. In the interim, activity modifications can help you avoid worsening your symptoms. These include avoiding high impact activities, using an over-the-counter brace for compression and support, and icing the knee for 20 minutes before and after exercise.
